Loserbot is a project I'm almost ashamed to admit to.
I wrote this in 2 hours in Python, mostly to learn the IRC protocols.
It is, of course, a minimalistic IRC bot, similar in nature (but not scope)
to famous bots like Eggdrop.
Feel free to grab a copy to hack around with. I put this in the PUBLIC DOMAIN.
